Drawing office
Drawing office's part is to check that moulds correspond to the production machines and to follow tasks listed below :

• Study of various tooling manufactured by COMPTEC S.A.
• Design and development of plastic parts (sub-contracted tasks)
• Design and development of moulds (sub-contracted tasks).

Every mould maker selected by COMPTEC S.A. are C.A.D. equipped.


Tooling workshop
Tooling workshop's task lies in :

• Maintening the moulds that work in production
• Making various toolings (printing supports, feeders, ...).
  
  

Production workshop
Working in 3 shifts of 8 hous by day ; 5 to 7 days a week
18 injection machines including :

• 13 single shot moulding machines (horizontal an/or vertical moulding) from 25 to 90 tons
• 5 two-shot moulding machines : 2 of 140 tons / 1 of 200 tons / 1 of 300 tons / 1 of 320 tons
  
  

Printing workshop
Printing is made by skilled employees who are trained by COMPTEC S.A. on the following machines :

• Pad printing : 5 machines among which one with fast cycle time
• Sublimation printing : 3 machines.
